After payment processing fees, 80% goes directly to selected outside organisations: 45% for youth programming and 35% for other organisational programming. Our Way retains 20% for overhead. This is our planned model, not a report of money already raised or distributed.

How can I support Our Way today?
Online donations are not open yet. You can contact us to discuss giving, community collaboration or support for future youth programming.

Who will receive contributions?
Gibbs Kelly Consulting Inc. will receive contributions for The Our Way Project while a separate Our Way organisation is being set up.
The project is currently hosted through Gibbs Kelly Consulting Inc. Details of any future change in the receiving organisation will be shared before that change takes effect.
How are processing fees handled?
Payment processing fees are deducted first. We then allocate the remaining amount: 20% to Our Way overhead, 45% directly to organisations delivering youth programming and 35% directly to organisations delivering other community programming.
Provider fees will be disclosed when online giving is available. The amounts shown here are allocation examples, not payment quotes.
Which organisations and youth programs will be supported?
We will select organisations for their commitment and hard work in their communities. Both programming shares go directly to these outside organisations. Recipient names and program details have not yet been announced; we intend to share them before fundraising opens, along with how allocations will be tracked and reported.
Being listed in Our Way BC does not mean an organisation is a funding recipient or a formal partner.
Can my business be acknowledged?
Yes. We can feature a confirmed business supporter’s name, logo, website link and a short description of its contribution, with permission and agreed wording.

Charitable tax receipts are not currently offered by Our Way. Any future receipting arrangement will be explained before donations open.
